Aftermath Visits the PLRB Central Regional Conference

Last week, Aftermath had the pleasure of once again visiting the PLRB Central Regional Conference. Held in St. Louis, Missouri, this year’s conference was attended by the Aftermath Marketing team, Genna Hines and Tina Bao, as well as Client Services Manager Mark Livorsi. According to the main PLRB website, the trade organization’s purpose is to offer members products and services in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The group also “encourage(s) productivity and efficiency in, the property and liability loss and claim adjustment processes of members and the industry as a whole” and disseminates information and education to its members.

The Central Regional Conference has a wide coverage, and attendees visited from throughout the US.
Mark reported that over 100 people stopped by to speak to the Aftermath crew. The team explained what the company does, as well as the importance of professional biohazard cleanup.

It IS All Fun and Games!

At the booth, Genna, Mike and Tina entertained convention goers with a chance to play Aftermath’s popular “What’s Bugging You” trivia game.  Prizes included Giant Microbe plushies. Winners were Brian Frohlich of Amercian Family Insurance in Madison, WI and Todd Shurtz with Erie Insurance of East Peoria, IL. Says Mark: “Everyone loves the plush toys. They’re a lot of fun, and it’s great when people show us pictures of their kids or dogs playing with them.”

During the conference, nationwide disaster and restoration company, Service Master, hosted a party for attendees across the street from Busch Stadium where the St. Louis Cardinals play. It was well attended by over 100 guests, and the venue was vibrant and exciting. It was an excellent opportunity to meet and talk to the adjusters away from the formal conference setting.
