How do you feel your work with Aftermath helps grieving families?
“As a trainer, I educate Aftermath technicians on important safety and cleaning procedures. Day in and day out, I support and assist our technicians and supervisors in the field, helping them to assist families during traumatic times. Through continual research and development, I help to identify new techniques to improve our quality of work so that Aftermath can provide a world class service and take utmost care of all the families we encounter. I firmly believe I am providing an invaluable service to the families we work for.”
How did you come to work for Aftermath, Inc.?
Andrew has worn many hats during his time with Aftermath. He began his career as a Field Technician in 2010, after first hearing about Aftermath from Kevin Reifsteck, Aftermath’s Director of Operations. Before long, Andrew was promoted to Supervisor, then moved on to a position as Growth Manager, setting up new territories for the company. He also occupied a dual role as Project Manager and Client Services Manager, before settling into his current role.
As Aftermath’s Operations Safety and Compliance Manager, Andrew handles training, safety, research & development, and compliance issues.
How do you participate in your community?
During the spring and summer, Andrew is part of a local organization which provides free clinics and golf lessons to underprivileged children ages 5-10.
