After the house was cleared of personal property, a task which took several days, Aftermath technicians were able to zero in on the problem areas of the home. In the master bedroom, technicians noted significant biological material and fluids on top of a mound of personal property. To make matters worse, the fluids had penetrated through to the flooring.
After disposing of the affected items according to proper medical waste removal protocols, technicians removed unsalvageable portions of the affected flooring to reveal the subfloor, which fortunately tested negative for the presence of biological matter.
